Now think about how insignificant music is for Google.
Think about the fact that music subscriptions will just be part of a bundle. Like how we get Amazon videos and music with Prime. Like how we get iTunes Radio with our phones. Like the fact that this will all be a race to $0. Since in fact, selling music already competes with $0. For while Spotify and Apple and Tidal talk about their paying subscribers, free has always been the de facto on YouTube.
